Stephen V. Jacquemin, SIOR, CCIM, Managing Director
Stephen V. Jacquemin has been in the commercial real estate industry for 35 years. Prior to real estate brokerage, Mr. Jacquemin was a managing partner of a New York based CMBS lender. This combined background gives him a leading edge in offering our clients a full service opportunity to package financing with matching real estate closings.
Mr. Jacquemin's specialties include investment sales primarily in off-market transactions. Utilizing his network of lenders, investors, trusts and funds, Jacquemin is able to match appropriate lenders with borrowers to acquire and refinance commercial real estate, as well as raising equity.
Mr. Jacquemin has been an active SIOR Member since 2007. Jacquemin is also an active CCIM member since 2001. He served as President in 2012, was named 2013 CCIM Member of the Year, and served as Regional Vice President of the CCIM Institute. Mr. Jacquemin was recently elected to the St. Louis Association of Realtors Board of Directors, and in April 2017 received the CCIM Foundation Endowment Award.
Mr. Jacquemin has closed over $500,000,000 in sales. He has represented numerous clients in 1031 Exchanges, placing over $250,000,000 in Retail, Office, Industrial and Multi-Family transactions. All transactions have been off-market.
Doug’s professional experience includes over 25 years in commercial real estate and with large management consulting firms. Most recently Doug was with international commercial real estate firms Colliers International and Binswanger, and with the west coast firm Kidder-Mathews.
Named a “Powerbroker” for Arizona by a leading commercial real estate industry group, while he headed up client development there for an international firm, Doug has worked closely with decision-makers who are part of large international corporate real estate departments including:

Doug has transaction and corporate due diligence/advisory experience across several asset categories, including recent involvement with a downtown St. Louis development project.
Doug primarily works on identifying off-market opportunities for buyer/investors and sellers, related to:
- Hospitality/hotels, development/historic rehab
- Multi-family, developers/asset managers
- Mixed-use projects
- Corporate real estate
- St Louis area business owners, professionals, others, to help with various purchase/investment, lease, consulting needs related to any category of real estate
Doug is a fifth generation St. Louisan whose grandfather and great grandfather were involved in commercial real estate in St. Louis as early as 1900, including the sale, at about that time, of a family owned bakery building to Adolphus Busch. Doug remembers his grandfather saying “A deal is done on a handshake.” The family-owned real estate office around that time was on Chouteau Boulevard in the Soulard area of St. Louis. A licensed broker in Missouri and California, Doug is a graduate of Ladue High School in St. Louis and received his BA from Brown University and MBA in finance from UCLA. Doug is active in supporting his son’s youth ice hockey teams and his daughter’s figure skating and golf team activities. Doug is fluent in French and speaks passable Mandarin.
With more than 30 years of sales experience, Tony has a diverse career background that benefits his clients at SJ Financial as he focuses on sales and leasing of commercial properties in Eastern Missouri & Southern Illinois. Tony currently is licensed in both Illinois & Missouri.
Having received certification in web development at Saint Louis University, Tony developed and maintained a successful internet company, Mid America Web, before selling it to pursue a career in commercial real estate. This technology focus and expertise leads to one of Tony's greatest professional assets -- his ability to thoroughly market and promote each client’s property via the internet.
His understanding of search engine optimization, internet-based technology and social media allows him to maximize the number of views his listings receive in-person and online. That Internet savvy is an asset to all of our clients that Tony serves.

A Southern Illinois native, and resident of Shiloh, Ill., where he has lived with his wife Robin for more than 25 years, Tony is an active member of the local community. He serves as a board member for the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce.
