      S.J. Financial Group, Inc. was founded to create opportunities and innovative solutions to meet the needs of users and investors in commercial real estate.

      We try to understand what our clients needs around the fundamentals that create value in real estate and then provide personal service to meet those needs. The fundamentals of location; the physical characteristics of a present or potential use; and the market: financial, and governmental environmental are a sure compass toward the optimum real estate decision. However, these fundamentals combine in an infinite number of constantly changing and subtle variations in the market place, where the real estate decision is made.

      Our mission is to deliver timely and accurate information, and experienced advise, about how and where these fundamentals are at play in the market place creating a client opportunity.

      Our mission is completed by translating this opportunity into a successful transaction through personal attention to problem solving; diligent negotiation; and teamwork with the, legal, financial and other support team members, until the deal is closed.
