Stephen V. Jacquemin, CCIM, has over twenty five years of real estate experience in Commercial Real Estate with an emphasis on Investment Real Estate. Thirty years experience doing Mortage Banking, a former Banker and was a managing partner of a conduit lender in New York closing long term loans for borrowers needing to finance or refinance their commercial buildings.

He successfully completed his designation into becoming a CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member, only 5% across the country have this prestigious designation. April, 2007 received SIOR Designation (Society of Industrial Office Realtors), an exclusive designation representing Office & Industrial users. A very select group that prides themselves on Integrity, Honesty, and Ethics. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois and Missouri Manufactured Housing Association, Mortgage Bankers Association and National Apartment Association, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), FIBCI dealing in International Organizations of Investment Property Investors all over the country and other organizations affiliated with Real Estate, also has Real Estate License in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.

He has substantial knowledge in providing the latest technology in providing a full range of consulting services for acquisitions and dispositions of Real Estate.
