Stephen V. Jacquemin, CCIM, SIOR, has over thirty years of real estate experience in Commercial Real Estate with an emphasis on Investment Real Estate. Thirty-five years experience doing Mortgage Banking, Steve was a former banker and a managing partner of a conduit lender in New York, he specialized in closing long term loans for borrowers needing to finance or refinance their commercial buildings.

He successfully completed his designation into becoming a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) - only 5% of all real estate brokers across the country have this prestigious designation. In April 2007 Steve became a member of SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors), an exclusive organization representing Office abd Industrial users. SIOR is comprised of a very select group that prides themselves on integrity, honesty, and ethics. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois and Missouri Manufactured Housing Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, National Apartment Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Steve holds a commercial real estate license in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas.

He has substantial knowledge in using the latest technology to provide a full range of consulting services for acquisitions and dispositions of real estate. Doug Stream joined S.J. Financial Group, Inc. in 2006 after spending 15 years as Broker-Owner of Flagship Properties, a Commercial Real Estate Services Company. Doug has over 26 years of Commercial Real Estate experience as a Licensed Missouri Salesperson and Independent Broker. During his career, Doug has effectively negotiated and represented both Buyers and Sellers including National Investment firms in all aspects of commercial and investment real estate. Doug represents several national developers in their land acquisitions for commercial and multi family use in the State of Florida. Prior to entering real estate, he spent 6 years in construction management with Hoel Steffen Construction, a prominent commercial/industrial construction firm. Doug is very active in youth hockey, serving on both the Missouri and Kirkwood Youth Hockey boards for many years. Doug is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Saint Louis Association of Realtors and the Missouri Association of Realtors as well as a Chapter Member of CCIM.

Dee Hall joined S.J. Financial Group, Inc. in August of 2005. Dee brings with her 20 years of real estate experience in property management, leasing and commercial sales. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and St. Louis Association of Realtors. Dee is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and Iowa.
